How do you drive successful sales teams while supporting their digital wellbeing?
CONTEXT
MONY Group is a UK-based, tech-led savings platform that helps households save money. It supports well-trusted brands such as MoneySuperMarket, and enables consumers to compare prices on a range of products and earn cashback from online retailers.
We were approached by the CCO to help support the productivity and wellbeing of their sales teams by guiding them through digital habits change.

CHALLENGE
CCO wanted to increase the productivity of his team without their digital habits burning them out. He was looking to shift team behaviour and support them in developing ways of working as a team, and as individuals, that were effective and sustainable.
SOLUTION
Working with the CCO we identified an approach that best fit their particular culture and organisational demands.
We then designed a realistic learning journey that combined in-person and virtual sessions, spread out over a fortnight, and provided one of our Digital Habit Lab toolkits to each of the hundreds of attendees and trained them to use it to create a sustainable approach to managing their digital habits.
